The RJD supremo has already been convicted in two other cases related to the fodder scams.
Yadav was first convicted in 2013 in the fodder scam case that took place in Bihar in the 90s. He was then awarded an imprisonment of five years. His conviction in the second case came in December 2017.
However, his son Tejashwi YadavÂ alleges conspiracy by BJP. The party will pursue the case in higher courts, heÂ informed.
Former chief minister Jagannath Mishra was also found guilty in the case by CBI judge SS Prasad.
